To some their probably is a difference, but to me there is no difference. I expect to receive the same respect in my relationships as I give. Being happy isn't respect, thats content.

Hell yea there's a difference. Most woman can't spell respect (neither can many men). You may be trying to think logistically, that's not how a woman thinks. FOr example, many women will think that you respect them by you kissing these assssss, which is the exact opposite if how a man perceives respect (asss kissing)

why not no other word in the english has the same meaning to men and women.
women's definitions of words are made to fit the situation they are in.
men's definition of words are what they mean.
as example: on this site men do something and the women are all up in his face. then u read a woman doing the same thing they find a way to make it justifiable.

I believe it does......until the two of you have a dscussion about what you both think it is and what you want and agree to give it to eachother.After that conversation,there are NO excuses!
