No it's not a scam.

OK they take a rake off each hand but you have as much chance of winning as you do in a casino

I make a living playing poker. The simple answer is, there are NO cheats or shortcuts. Why would you want to? Surely the joy of poker is winning because you're better than the other players?

Read about the game, study it, put that knowledge into practise and you CAN make a living playing poker.

That ebook is totally full of crap. Seriously, all the so called online poker cheats are total liars and only make money off people buying their books. Any cheats who cheat on sites get their money taken immediately. http://www.theultimatepokerguide.com/article.php/pokerstars-review there's a reason Pokerstars gets really good reviews, it is a site that values its customers. There was an incident last year of someone cheating on Stars in tournaments. They had their account funds confiscated and Stars returned the money to the people he had cheated. Stuff like that is very rare, and the cheaters always pay.

My fiance plays on-line and he too prefers casino playing, but when not able to go he plays on-line. He's been playing for couple years and no scams yet. He likes partypoker.com or full tilt.com
