Back in the day, (at least 30 years ago), "greek" was the slang term for anal sex. Furthermore, there was passive greek, (catcher), and active greek, (pitcher). Similarly the term "french" was slang for oral sex, again with passive and active as modifiers to describe whether you give or receive.
