Yes, the film is going to be released on July 13, 2007. A really good place to stay updated with the movie is www.mugglenet.com. For example, they most recently posted a report about the filming of the Thestrals, and before that they posted Katie Leung's opinion of Dan Radcliffe's kissing skills.
I personally don't keep up with these particular news posts since I'm a big fan of the books, not the movies, but I know mugglenet is the world's best at keeping fans up-to-date with everything Harry Potter.

The movie will be released July 13th, 2007. There won't be Quidditch. Dobby won't appear, but Kreacher will. The Dursley will appear, we will see the Dementors. We will see Professor Trelawney again. There will be a scene about the thearstal. Dumbledore's Army will be there. The movie will have the same cast.
