look at all the answers that say to move, jeezzz, if it were that easy for a family to just up & move I am sure that would have been the first thing you did. My advise is to keep calling the police daily until you see them parked out the front of the neighbors house. Call a free legal advise firm who can offer you advise free of charge on the appropriate steps to take. Hollywood had a great idea of going higher up the ladder to the detectives, maybe see if you can get a name of a detective that handles the drug related issues.
It is hard for you to get proof & to be honest, (& you can say this to the police) the police are leaving you with no option but to either endanger yourself in order to get this evidence they want (such as photographs) or to break the law yourself (breaking in to get this evidence ie video camera)
I dont know if this would be a waste of time, but try filling out & signing a stautory declaration saying what you know & have it filed to the police. This will start an investigation whether the cops like it or not as it will be a formal legal document that has been issued to them. If possible, send it to them via registered post so that there will be proof they recieved it. Call your local council representitve daily also & express your grave concerns as a mother & as a member of your community.
I think its ridiculous that the police want you to do their job & collect evidence. Have you tried telling them about the smell & the obvious signs that indicate to you what is going on?
Best of luck to you hey I wouldnt wish that upon anyone, I urge you to keep on the police's backs because there was a lab near my home that blew up in the middle of the night. Be sure to tell the police & council rep how it is effecting your children, make it up if you need to, like headaches, mood swings, any physical or emotional signs that they never displayed before these neighbors moved in.
If that doesnt work, move the kids to a friends place for the weekend & sneak in to the neighbors yard & burn the house!!! That'l make the police show up for sure, lazy sods!!!!! Nah joking that would be just plain stupid!

Sometimes the police are unable to help, either because the law prevents them (lack of proof) or because they don't want to tip anyone off because they already are looking into it quietly.

There are several things you could do before moving. First, try contacting your county prosecuting attorneys office. Next, if you have tried the city police, try the county sheriffs dept. You can also contact the state police (or highway patrol). You can contact the state attorney general's office too. I would do each of these things.

If none of these work I might consider a few things. 1) Is it possible there is no lab? 2) Move anyways. Even if the problem is solved it doesn't sound like a great place to raise your children.

Best of luck to you and your family.

I would fear also. The Police, depending on where you live, probably have a lead on it already. If there is a lab near you, they should be on it and they probably are. Some of the people that you see coming and going could be cops. It was scary enough for me when my past neighbors (up until 4 months ago) where dealing. I knew they were dealing (I have a child also) and it was very nerve racking never knowing what was going on over there. I thought I was the only one on the street that knew because I was right next door. They ended up getting busted because of the nosey old lady down the street. That lady has given me and everyone on the street grief over something. I guess we're glad we had her for that event.
You probably have people near you that also know what's going on. Venture out and talk to people around you, even down the street. They probably have the same fears. Make sure it's reported, but most probably it's already known about and being watched.

Call the office of your state senator and congressman.

You don't know for a fact that there isn't an investigation currently going on. The police aren't going to give you the details of what they do and do not know, but your state representatives will be able to handle this through other channels.

a million. do no longer do meth mutually as you're making it. 2. do no longer ask your neighbour what precautions you will possibly desire to be taking mutually as making the meth. 3.If the police take place communicate with rule #a million. 4. in case you ask your self why the police confirmed up ask your self something like...have you ever been sniffing glue or something!!! Like I might desire to communicate I knew a guy who drank ink!

Do your neighbors have kids? You could report them to Children's services, which might get the police all the proof they need.

If you're serious (the police can't help without proof??? Usually the cops will investigate if you tip them off.), move. Move as fast and as far away as you can.

Without proof? No evidence? You mean this is just speculation and rumour?

If there was any likelihood of this being true, the police would be in there as soon as they could.
