Since Ball Pythons don't nurse they're babies, It's a good practice to remove all the hatching's to another enclosier. Also. the weight of the mother could kill the smaller ones but remember, the mother is going to Be very protective and hungry which makes for a good chance to get bitten so be care full. The mother will place her cloaca around her head where she can watch of feel the eggs. usually, she will go into a trans like state which will allow you to remove the eggs before they glue together, leaving the one closest to her head until last. Of course, this is only if your going to incubate them yourself. If you wait until she has her babies, remove them for their safety and try to feed her after the babies are gone. she'll eat,be less agree and you'll take her mind off the removal. Hope this helps :)
