`Something unexpected happens all the time. Get over it.

Only time can heal you. Eventually, you will get over it some time... it may not be now but someday you will. Only time can heal all wounds, as they say. Its true... You cannot stay at the same situation for a very long time. Be patient and wait for the time that you will eventually get over it... Grieve if needed, let yourself grieve for awhile, then get over it when u feel that u can... be patient and think about things that has happened in the past that u actually overcame. What have you learned from it? Did u become stronger, more mature, more spiritual? Just think that all these things happen for a reason and leads to something. We are all victims of circumstance and everything that is happening to us leads to something that actually tells us something and we learn from it. Just like all the things that has happened to you in the past..

and then......he was gone........The doctor made a mistake...
He admitted it.......then died of a heart attract.
My other son, a officer in the Marine's.....his plane went down in the ocean...just like in the movies....The Officer and a chaplain..walking in the doorway......Yes, I knew then.....he was 26.......
So many things happen in life......how do you get over it?
You really do not. However, we put in kind of , in back of our hearts with love. However, we keep living, never let anything...
unexpected disrupt your life.......Time will heal you....Honestly, it will.
Sincerely hope it helps you....
My good wishes are for you;;;;;and you know what..there is an
angel on your shoulder..all the time.

Best short answer: Allow the unexpected thing to become common place - then you can become familiar with it - and then it's easier to get over it and move on.

The unexpected always happens. You can't plan every moment of your life can you? How predictable & boring would that be anyway? Yes, it would be safe, but not challenging & it's impossible anyway. Surrender control. You never really have it.

"Expect the unexpected ".. ... they said... but doesn't seem to work.
Getting over it just about the residue of the event in our memory and emotions. Accept the reality, however long it takes to do it.
