In Canada, some think the big earners are the electrical guys. However process and chemical can make good money too. If you are getting just a bachelor, make sure you have some project management or business management courses. Managing engineers is where the real money is!!

All of them earn about the same straight out of college. The thing ends up being what school you went to and how good you are at what you do.
