I've heard that colon cleansing can help a great deal.
Also constant learning about what is healthy, and what is not.
Every day healthy food choices, by far the most important thing for the immune system, become more difficult, as a result of the increased use of pesticides in the fields, and toxic flavourings and preservatives in the supermarket.

The immune system is at its strongest when we
avoid toxic food, and a toxic environment, by avoiding mobile phones, microwaved food, unclean air, and polluted water.
Then there is no need for any supplements, which are just as likely to overload our syatem or put it out of balance as they are to provide any benefit.
I am not an advocate of supplements to a healthy diet.
