If you are apt to believe one over the other, could you give your reasons?

Paul appeared to have had a very successful first marriage which appeared to have been loving and respectful. Do you suppose that Paul's good track record as a marriage partner is why it is hard for most people to believe Heather Mills' claims?

I would never make such a judgement on what I read in magazines or see on television.
I say let the lawyers battle it out.

If he has been abusive he should be reported and charged like anyone else who physically abuses a partner.

I seriously doubt he abused her. If he was the sort of fellow that did that sort of thing, we would have heard about it long before now. I think Heather is an opportunist.

She is after the money - If there was abuse as she claims why didn't she open up before, afterall we are talking about an educated, know your rights kind of woman.
