My messenger list entries was lost, I don't know why. How can I recover my list?

There were times when yahoo messnger gives a message that it suddenly quit and restarted without loading plug-ins.

stop doing with that mesenger it has worm in it download new meesenger and enter all ur pals address again i think there is no another way to solve this

if ur r using ur home computer may be the yahoo u r using contain virus. try to open yahoo messenger from other's pc(from cyber cafe or other source). or Reinstall yahoo at home.
If this do not work then i'm unable to help you.
