it really depends on whether or not you have the ability to complete the job and the skills to figure your way around the problems and if you can afford to make mistakes and pay to have them fixed right. example you hook up your need dryer yourself it has a leak and burns down your house can you afford that?the otherside if that is you have enough experience to hook it up right and use a sprayer on the joints and discover the leak and fix it right, therefore no problems. you have to ask yourself before starting the job can you do it right and are you competent to get it done?!! do you have the skills and abilities and the guts to say hey i need help when the time comes. do it yourself if and when you can and learn too from your mistakes, but if a job is too big get some help or have someone else do it. be proud to do it when you can, be smart to have someone else in when needed

You will save yourself lots of cash. The biggest expense when working on something is the labor.Labor is most always more expensive than the supplies. Make sure you do it right and you will save yourself money and that is the smartest way to go

No, there is nothing wrong in it. But it is supposed that only the daily chores are the work-range whom one can do oneself. For the work of expertise nature one has to certainly depend on the person who is expert in that and is having the necessary equipment for the same.

As long as you know what you are doing. Doing it yourself is not an excuse to do something sub-par or potentially dangerous. If you are going to do something, you should do it the same way you would expect a professional to do it if you hired them.

of course there is no harm in it but still it would be better if you consult with your seniors because if by chance you are wrong in your work, the entire blame will be put to you.

of course.....in fact it would be a problem if you depended on others for everything......the more independent you are, the better...(but do accept help from others if you think you need it).....self help is the best help
