Currently there are 300 million "living" in the USA as of this week. It is estimated 450 million have died. 750 million would be the total if all had lived.

It's hard to estimate, millions have died in wars, through disease and through the ages, if no-one die the world would be so over populated there wouldn't be enough food for everyone the planet could not sustain itself or the population.

the same as now because no one actually dies. their soul just passes from one being to the next. The first rule of thermodynamics, energy in = energy out, The soul is no more than an electric spark that needs recharging to roam with the others.

If no one died the world would become so overcrowded that there would be not enough food and people would die.
If no one dies the world would be so overcrowded that you would want to die to get some peace.
