The track is called "The Musical Pocket Watch" by the wonderful Ennio Morricone.
Its available on most p2p servers (emule etc) but its also available in the iTunes music store for 79p. Do a search for Ennio Morricone Watch and its the first one that comes up.
I have it as my phone's ring tone!! :)
