I am looking for official web sites of some Royal rulers, especially those in the Gulf, Bahrain, Kuwait,UAE. I came across with a such complex site before a long time, but now I can't find it. PLease, need your help pals. Thanks in advance and of course immediate 10 points to the one fast and elaborate answer.

University of Pennsylvania Middle East Center Embassy List the embassy pages have the information you want. For example, selecting the Bahrain Embassy and then choosing Links and Bahrain Websites will give you a direct web link to the Bahrainian government.

This site could help. You could write the embassies and address them to the rulers of each country. this will also save you postage inside the united states you just need a regular stamp. outside the u,s you have to have them weighted and postage is charged per letter.
