If you want to swing, you need to talk a very lot with your partner. Always be honest and say what you like and don't like. If your relationship is very strong and you always talk about everything, I think you will not ruin your relationship

It greatly depends on the levels of trust, security and confidence. I, myself would never want to set myself up for the lack of self esteem, thinking my partner might find someone "better", or just the trust that she will always be loving me in her heart when we're together. I believe in total commitment to a relationship so why purposely set yourself up for all that heart ache? There are some people who live for the danger and there are clubs to support them, respectable clubs/groups that meet and have rules and regulations for safety. Depends on the couple, I guess, there are some who enjoy the thrill. To each his own.

Not all swingers ruin their relationships but most times it does happen. So if your planning on becoming one, think again

neither my partner nor I have any interest in it. we are committeded to each other, and we don't want anyone else.
I just personally feel that something like that would come between a couple. I mean, why "committ" to each other if you want to "swing"?
well, whatever floats your boat! people who want to...if it works for you, by all means go ahead!
it's just not for me....I'm a monogamous woman!

I guess it's kind of like your kids wanting to go live with other parents to enjoy something different. Wouldn't that make you feel like a valued awesome mom? NOT!
