I'm white and driving, my friend is black and riding.
Trying to pull into traffic, Nobody would let us in!
I saw a car flash their lights, I said "this guy's gonna let us in"
She said " I bet he's white " and he was.
Was she making a racist remark?
If I said it, would it be considered racist?

I hate to say it but black people can do or say what ever they want to a white person, and not be considered racist.
based on what Ive seen. If you said it, it would be probably considered racist.

She meant a black person would not have let you in
If you said it you would be saying white people are more civil

From a black and white stand point (NPI) the statements are more stereotypical than racist

The guy could have been a Pisces
