is it true that usage of testoterone chemicals by men will cause their kids to attend puberty veryearly?

i read an article in ny times that after using cialis, viagra or some skin gel and touching the kids with the same hands will make them attend puberty at a veryyoung age like 5 or 6

Our skin absorb chemicals, it has tendency and this is the reason that after using steroids do not touch other body parts unless you wash your hands clearly,same way if we use testosterone or nay gel which cause puberty it may effect on kids,it btr use gloves or avoid kids,science chemical effects are in hands or any boy expose area where chemical is applied.
