Don't get your question.
1. If you think you are good looking, thus sexy, and that you think everyone finds you sexy, well, the looks only last for awhile. Plan for your future and do the work it takes to get there.
Looks fade about age 40, not to mention hair loss.
2. Looks aren't everything. If you don't have a sense of humor, or can't hold a decent conversation, or can't discuss the state of the nation or how to solve a societal problem, then your sexiness lasts about 5 minutes once someone gets to know you. Nothing kills sexiness like boredom (with you).
3. If you think that you are oversexed, eg. have to have sex all the time, and you are not motivated after, well, cut back on the sex so you get your focus and energy back.

U need no motivation if ur REALLY sexy, people should just hand u the things u need. U won't ever have to lift a finger.

Self starter or Self motivated is healthy sign, if if you can not do that you need to discuss in detail that what factors in side your mind stop doing this.may be you have some psychological problem is btr exchange you ideas and thinking's with others, keep laughing and cooperative with others, human is a social animal,helps others and get help from others also.Analise your fear factors, also, and cope them, Be a man mister
