I take half tab in morning by Doctors advise. It is done this way to keep the blood vessels etc, open for the day as this is where the flow of blood is needed during the active hours. I also had heart attack and double by-pass 3 years ago.

I've heard that fish oil capsules are better for people than aspirin. That's what I've heard anyway. I've also heard that aspirin is the number 1 cause of blindness in people over 50. You might want to do some research and see what you find out.

The label on my bottle (75mg disperible aspirin) only advises ONE to be taken daily in water, with or after food. I have other tablets such as Atenolol and Bisoprolol which I'm advised to take in the morning which I do so with my breakfast along with a glass of water. If you are in any doubt, ask your doctor or the pharmacist.

Doesn't matter but take on a full stomach. Also, unless a Dr. has told you otherwise you should take the "baby" aspirin 81mg. Not full strength. And if you stomach starts to bother you discontinue and call your MD
