a girl who is professional and thinks in a matured way makes her a lady like and the thing u asking about the girl is not a lady is when she is not mature enough and behaves in the kiddish way is not a lady

A Lady is a woman that I can respect, her past. present and future. Trustworthy and honest, she can make good decisions and can be counted on each and everyday to be herself without influences from those whom are not. Bad tempers, whoreminded (my own word) and speaks poorly of others are what makes a girl unladylike. I've answered several questions since I found this site, this is the best question...wish I had more space..........
