I am happy.
I think it is just a state of mind, a decision.
Bad things happen.
If you don't want to be miserable all the time then you must change the way you think.
You can find something positive in everything, even death.
I am sorry that many of you can't find happiness, seriously.

I'm a generally happy person, and I'm quite happy to be that way. Just because I don't let the weight of the world grind me into the dirt it doesn't make me full of crap. If anything I feel like I can see things more clearly because I don't let things get to me. Sure I have the occasional crappy day, who doesn't?, but I don't see why I should feel bad about being cheerful. I have a lot to be cheerful about. My kids are happy and healthy, I have a good job, a roof over my head and food on the table. If that makes me ignorant, then so be it.

You see, Unhappy people always think that theres actually something to be unhappy about, when in reality there usually isn't. If you're a sad person, you're either that way by choice, or you have a lot of tragedy in your life(which most people don't, hence the reason why they're happy). I think for the most part its the former. Unhappy people think that happy people are ignorant, whereas most unhappy people actually are ignorant of the good things in their lives and dwell on the bad. If I were going to take one dilusion over the other, I'd take the happy side. But the most healthy is to strike a balance and be aware of yourself and all the things in your life.

Get off your *** and do something for once. Everything only seems like it sucks because you're too busy sitting around complaining on the internet to find anything decent in life. Stop wasting space in the universe and make something of yourself. If you don't feel like doing that, then just do us all a ******* favor and shoot yourself.

No, i think some people really are happy.
Or perhaps they just have this protective mechanism against sadness... Like they have this thing that stops them from sinking into an abyss of depression.
Some people live their lives in terms of how good life could be. Sort of like they live in this delusionary state.
And some people just have hope... and are able to see the light regardless of how far away it is.
And some people are just on prozac.

No, though sometimes you take people at face value, ie: that surely there is another layer, a little depth, then find out, nuh.....face value and that's it! Up to you to take or leave it.
Could be, that some, envy those they deem ignorant to all that sucks!

Sometimes I do, but I'm thinking that most of them are just blessed with a great smile that can't help but be seen. Sometimes I smile even when I feel like dogsh!t, so....you never know what someone's really thinking on the inside ;)
