well first one sounds like something made up and second one is a name of many colleges in the USA.
remember this kid has to live with this name for life, deal with the jokes and the job interviews.
93% of people w/ odd names get turned down by interviewers stricktly on the basis of their name alone.
why are you wanting to torture this child for the simple fact YOU can think its a cool name to brag to friends? be a PARENT...you will be one soon.

javier is not a nice name and xavier sounds like that woman in the sex magazine.try something else ,as your child will have to live with a name that so many people will abuse it.good luck .from mikhal in israel.
