Oh he is horrible - how do they make any money - have you heard their music???? God knows what Kate Moss sees him (although I do not know what the hype is about her either) I have seen nicer looking girls on the street. It makes me mad when they have got so much money to throw away on drugs and the authorities do not do anything about it. If it were the ordinary Joe Bloggs on the street surely they would have had a fine or done time by now?
I am not a huge fan of Girls Aloud but we know they can sing and they look good!!!

I think the girls from Girls Allowed are allowed their opinions as much as we are. After all what makes any of us "qualified" on any of the topics on Yahoo answers??

I'm not sure about Pete Doherty myself. I think he is an addict and needs help, and if he manages to get himself cleaned up then good for him. Am a bit sick of hearing the "Pete Doherty charged with possession" stories - he's a junkie, for goodness sake. If you stop him on the streets etc, then its fairly likely he's gonna have stuff on him!!

As far as the music goes, I like both Girls Allowed and the Libertines, tho not heard much from Babyshambles. I don't think either come into the category of musical geniuses tho. When it all comes down to it, Girls Allowed will either be remembered as one of the few bands to be a success following a tv talent show, or will be forgotten entirely, whilst the Libertines etc will probably only be remembered for Pete's antics.

I think that there is room for both Girls Aloud and Pete Doherty, and the people who listen to Girls Aloud aren't into Pete Doherty, and visa versa, personally I think Pete is a very talented man, unfortunately he got mixed up in drugs, but I bet he never woke up one day and said "Oh I know what I will do today, I will go out and get hooked on heroin!" - these things happen, and we shouldn't knock him for it. At the moment he is trying to get clean, and I sincerely hope he can, as for talent, at least he actually writes his own songs, unlike Girls Aloud.
