The term 'no room to swing a cat' isn't open to random testing..
Despite all the silly animal videos, some of which do look questionable, its not a good idea.. especially if you value your skin and delicates. Not to mention morals, humanity and intelligence coming into question here
Perhaps you need to consider some less provocative questions or risk being considered a total jerk

My understanding of the UK law is that this is quite legal provided that the cat is in good health and weighs greater than 75kg. Swinging a smaller cat in a room, or anywhere else, can result in adverse personal accident or mortality statistics.

no it is not legal to swing a cat around your room that is a figure of speech not something a person would actually do without having obvious mentle problems, this also shows that there is a degree of animal creulty and you could be fined, imprisoned and refused to keep animals for years. so dont be creul to animals because what goes around comes around and one day someone might just swing you around a room by your head!

Not everyone has a room big enough to swing a cat in. Police cells are quite pokey - maybe thats the reason.

Look up Animal Cruelty
Use common sense......do you think it is kind or human to swing a cat anytime or anywhere?

It depends on the size of the room. If the walls are close together you have to take "bouce factor" into consideration. For a small room I suggest a kitten or even a mouse. For a larger room I suggest a cow.

It is illegal because whoever is swinging the cat (you?) is abusing the animal. Is that how you would treat a newborn baby?( a baby is defensless, and cats are practically defensless against you) Thank God cats have claws, so they can at least scratch the mess out of your face!

it depends on the local laws about animal cruelty in your area.
you wanna do that legally, move to where it's legal.
but if ya do move just for the sake of doing that, man you're sick
leave the poor kitty alone
