Boy! and I love reading the answers you give be it New Kids on the block, Boyzone, Indecent Obsession, Bon Jovi, U2, Duran Duran or even Tommy Page! My sister used to adore Tommy Page's Shoulder to Cry on!

Yes Hanson and NKOTB was pretty cool at that time...however you can't really register that their voice broke and they grew up just like us right?

but....backstreet boys only lasted their first album i think.....
even though the chair dance was a top fav at that time..
ever since then

I LOVED New Kids On The Block. All my school folders were plastered with pictures of them. We had many heated discussions about who was the hottest! (I liked Joey, he was cute..)
I had a guy friend who thought "the middle chick in Hanson" was hot. Took him a while to live that down..

Thank you for your questions.
I was a rock kind of guy back in the seventies. My favourite singers were Freddy Mercury, Bon Scott, Robert Plant and David Bowie. Skyhooks were another of my favourite bands but they didn't make it big outside of Australia. Graham "Shirley" Strachan was their singer and he died in a plane crash in 2001.
We didn't have boy bands back in the seventies unless you count the Bay City Rollers who used to wear tartan and were totally lame (in my opinion). Iguess you count the Osmonds and the Jackson 5. I liked the Jackson 5 but I'd give the Osmonds a miss. My fathers partner is close friends with the mother of two members of Human Nature who are an Aussie boy band of the 90s and modern times.

The Backstreet Boys,98 Degrees,Britney Spears,Aaron Carter,Nick Lachey,Christina Aguilera,Mandy Moore,Jessica Simpson,Westlife,Savage Garden,Ashlee Simpson,and all the singers in the Pop Music World are/is the Boybands and Singers that I did and still do love as a teenager because they're still the greatest Boybands and Singers that I still love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I don't like NSTINK.
