yes as most doors are of standard size and fittings but shop arround you may be able to pick one you like thats been on show in a demonstration showroom for a cheaper negotiated price, sorry im a thrifty shopper for these big items

Increase the value of your home by pulling out the plastic door & frame. Have a new or reclaimed door professionally fitted including frame.
Listen to the House Doctor about kerb appeal.

you can replace the door panel on its own, but you would find it almost impossible to replace the whole door with out the frame.
there are too many different hinges to try match them up.
a new door panel should cost you about £100 and a new door and frame should cost about £600

Normally this can only be done if the profile make is the same. Hinges are different for different profiles and manufacturers.

Yes you can. Call in any double glazing firm for a quote and they will tell you if yours is compatible. Go to WICKS
and look at theirs and you can see for yourself and check the measurements.
