It produces clorine gas, which can kill you if you keep breathing it. Take the bucket outside and empty it, or flush the toilet. Open all your windows, get a fan to air out the area. Get everyone (including pets) outside until the air is clean again. If you have asthma or a respiratory condition, take your medicine, and see a doctor or call an ambulance if you start feeling bad.

Litter box has urine which becomes AMMONIA. Never dry wipe it out, then clean with full strength clorox. The toxic fume goes right to the lungs as you continue to wipe.....
Wash with soap and water, then, use clorox to disinfect if you want.

Breathing that gas in would be ill advised as it is way toxic. The gas is Chlorine gas and it was used as a weapon in WWII (although they manufactured it through different methods obviously).
I'd call poison control and see what precautions to take when airing out the room, because it will definitely need to be aired out. Whatever room it is, its going to smell like a swimming pool for days even after the gas disipates.

A big BOOM, I'm told.
If proper cleaning amonia and bleach are mixed, quite scary.
If someone just pees on your toilet cleaner, don't panic, flush it away and air the bathroom!
