President Bush and his party no more cheated on the elections than the opposition did. There are always cheating incidents going on.

The president is very much disliked by most of the conventional news media. They don't like his Christianity, his Texas origins (he actually was born in Connecticut), or his style. Like President Truman, who was also disliked by a lot of the media, Bush has often acted in what he considered to be the best interests of the American people, not in the interest of promoting his own popularity.

My main criticism of him is in the area of border security. He has been too soft on that in my opinion. In most other areas I agree with what he has tried to do. I think there have been a lot of execution problems (meaning the way the war has been conducted) in Iraq, but I agreed with the decision to go in to begin with. I believe the president acted honestly on a considerable amount of evidence that Iraq represented a threat.

Obviously I don't dislike him. In fact, I have met him and interviewed him once. I found him charming and interesting. Most of his critics haven't a clue what the man is like face to face.

Bush won b/c you only hear the annoying complaints of libs, so it seems as if everyone hates him. And the only ppl who vote on those dumb polls to see if ppl are tired of Bush are liberals who dislike him. Ppl complained and complained the whole time his first term but yet he was still voted in. The complaining is annoying, just shut the hell up already he's our president and its not like ur complaining is gonna change it until his second term is over, get the hell over it. No one else could have done a better job...we SHOULD have invaded the middle east, he was right on that. Now our army is in a standstill b/c libs are holding them back from going ahead and finishing this war off at all costs.

Winning is not he only consideration to be applied in political statecraft and mass hysteria and delusions are very helpful in maintaining a social balance in extremes. I think the underlying question could be if any person who values our system and principles would find the rape of the world and the looting of our society at the same time offering a handful of very rich corporations tax breaks and barely legal contracts. Like it or not our system is very flawed and is saturated with elitists, capitalist and sociopaths. Nothing has really ever changed in politics since the beginning civilizations, greed and power go hand in hand. So to to blame it all on one Small group of clever but short sighted individuals is a problem the populous will have to correct. You might not have wanted him in office but he's there for two more years lets make sure it is a very trying two years with the votes that make sense in bringing back a form of rational debate in this country, so that when we find ourselves in this situation again our alliances wont have dwindled to a few misled militias.

because all of the people who hate him did not vote and then feel that they have the right to bash a man that they cared not enough about during the last election to go and vote against him. Oh and they are idiots.

He didn't win either time. First time his brother counted the votes (just the ones for Dubya). The second time, Diebold Voting Machines counted the votes (mostly the ones for Dubya). People dislike him because he has thrown out democracy, human decency and America's reputation in the world for the sake of him and his cronies.
