I am an american citizen. I live in minnesota and I want to travel to Guam and stay for several weeks. Guam is a american territory, but Im just wondering with all the new federal restrictions on international travel--especially in canada and mexico, if perhaps gaum was included in the restrictions too?

If you are travelling to Guam via Honolulu, it will be a domestic flight and any government issued ID will be sufficient. If you are flying from Minneapolis to Guam via Tokyo or other foreign airport, then you will be required to have a passport.

Yes, you may. Guam is a territory of the U.S. and when you travel there you have not left the United States. If you plan to stop over or visit other places on your way to or from guam, youwould need a passport. see website below and read the last sentence under the section titled "LAND AND SEA TRAVEL" to see that passports are not needed to travel to and from U.S. territories.

since going to guam you are going to have to leave the USA you are travelling international, there for you need a passport to leave and then re-enter the USA. I would double check if taking a passport is bothering you, but if not just stick it in your bags and dont give it another thought!

If you have a passport on hand, just bring it along with you, just in case. I am sure that you don't need a visa to go to Guam.

No, Guam is part of the USA so you won't need a passport. You should check their tourism website.
