i am wondering what that part is called that is attached on the door of the car?

its not the handle that i am talking about.

Go to this website and put in your car's specifications.

Then click on appropriate field such as "BODY/AIR CONDITIONING" and "DOOR PANEL".

Then click on VIEW the PARTS. You will get a visual depiction of all parts comprising the door panel. This is called a schematic.

When you click on the desired number in the schematic, it will give you name and part number of the number you selected. Present that to dealer and buy.

lets see...there is the door the door handle the door hindge the door panel the window handle and the lock...then inside the door there is a window crank (manual windows) or an actuator (electric windows) door speaker if equiped and the window and electric door lock actuator (power locks).
