i got this from a downlod..from windows media player.
i cannot afford to get it done at shop.will it harm my pc very much if i cannot clear it

i thank u all that have helped me.but im very new to yhe p.c. i had mcaff anti virus that did not pick up this trogen horse but a v h i think its called did.i did quentine it. but could not remove it.im i safe to make thing worse i think i did a ROLL BACK WINDOWS XP. then run a scan all clear.im still worried any more advise would b great in english lol i dont understand pc talk god bless u all 4 your care i wonder why this happans sick people doing this, was i right doing a roll over.i can only go back 4 days thanks gang

download avg free antivirus

run it in safemode (f8 during bootup) remove any file
search your harddrive manually for the file and delete it.

Not all programs catch everything.You may have to use 2 or 3 different ones to catch it.
Ad-Aware is good.
Here is a link to Pandas free online scanner.It will remove viruses for free, but not malware or spyware.

your anti virus might not be doing what its suppose 2 do.. type free AVG. grisoft.com in search bar and download AVG.. then scan your comp.. its not a trial.. and if you don't like it, its easy 2 remove.. i've had AVG about 3 years now and i trust AVG. 2 protect my computer like a mean dog.. grrrr : ) also changing your password after scan is good protection too..

and select go, then select virus scan.
after the scan gives u the name for trojan or virus go to this link

and select the name that matches your trojan and download the removal tool.

then run it , and hopefully your problem will be solved

turn system restore off, run adaware, lavasoft or spybot, this should find your infection and delete it! reboot and scan again, if all o.k then turn on system restore and create a restore point.

ewido scan,bit defender scan, they are all free good luck.
