Not all programs catch everything. You may have to use 2 or 3 different ones to catch it.
Ad-Aware is good.
Here is a link to Pandas free online scanner. It will remove viruses for free, but not malware or spyware.
http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm
Scroll down and click "Scan your PC".

your anti virus might not be doing what its suppose 2 do.. type free AVG. grisoft.com in search bar and download AVG.. then scan your comp.. its not a trial.. and if you don't like it, its easy 2 remove.. i've had AVG about 3 years now and i trust AVG. 2 protect my computer like a mean dog.. grrrr : ) also changing your password after scan is good protection too..

it style of feels that your laptop is improperly contaminated from the viruses and malwares, spywares. you are able to stick to those troubleshooting steps: a million. test your laptop by way of utilising any as much as date antivirus software. 2. attempt to place in and acquire the "Antimalwarebytes" (freely obtainable) 3. attempt to replace "Antimalwarebytes". 4. test your laptop utilising the "Antimalwarebytes". 5. stick to a similar technique for "Superantispyware" as you accomplished for "Antimalwarebytes". 6. Delete all the internet temproray archives.

turn system restore off, run adaware, lavasoft or spybot, this should find your infection and delete it! reboot and scan again, if all o.k then turn on system restore and create a restore point.
Good luck
