Steven would win the fight with only hands but it would be hard since Arnold is intensely strong. Though i am favouring Arnold since he acts better than Steve.

Steven Segal...he is a martial artist. Arnold may have (had) the brawn but that doesn't mean a lot when you go up against a good martial artist!

In their prime? Steven without a doubt in my mind. This guy was really good!!! A fighting machine, also in real life. He was a well-trained body guard, way above average. Schwarzi was just body building.
