I really want to say Stallone but he is only good with his hands... very good. So Jean would win, his kicks are amazingly strong and he knows how to use all of his body

the fight would happen like this: Van Damme knock Syl down with his "trade mark" twist kick, Syl falls down, but pick his machine gun and shot Van Damme.
But both die because of their injures on the way to hospital.
