I was wondering if I went to a football game (highschool) about once a month, would all the loud noises permanently damage my hearing? Because I heard that if it's occasionally, the damage heals over time.

slight, if excessive noise is only occasional. I wouldn't worry to much, by the time your that old you will probably have alzheimers any way and won't remember you can't hear.

You r right but don't expose yourself to loud sounds for any long periods of time,give your ears a break.
