The web site advertise find people for free, I have name, birthday and social security number of person I'm looking for but when info is given they have a charge fee for doing this. Is this not false advertising? Does anyone know where I can actually find someone for FREE?

The person I am looking for is my 18 yr. old grand daughter's father whom she has never seen or had any contact with. Now that she is of age it is important to her to know something about the person who is her biological father.

That is how they lure people to try their site. The best way to find somone is to go too state dept. and look up tax records or with the federal dept (I.R.S.)
