i cant drive yet so what should i do....i cant afford a limo also

Yes, it is good manners to pick up a girl at her home for your date to the prom. If you can't drive, then Mom or Dad should drive you. If you are that young, I know I would feel alot better having one of your parents drive you to pick up my daughter and then bring her home afterwards.

Go with a friend who can drive - double date.
Ask your date if she would mind if your Dad drove. Your Dad seems to me a cooler driver than your Mom. At least for a prom date. Or have your dates Dad drive. Her choice. If those 3 ideas don't work, ask your date for an idea.

The guy shud pick the girl up if its tradition in ur country, but I'm all for breaking traditions like why shud a guy ask a girl to marry for example, my point is is do wht feels right for u, u alreadu no the answer to tht on ur inside

if you asked her, you have to pick her up. Even if its older brother, parents, whatever taking you to the prom. Dont worry about the limo stuff. She will just be happy to go to the prom!

you don't have to, but it is polite. If you can't drive I wouldn't suggest that you try to pick her up it might make matters worse. You could agree to meet at the dance or team up with some friends that can drive. Good luck and have fun!!!
