The judge and jury are still out on this issue - all types of research, including Japanese have found the drinking of water to be beneficial. Just be aware of the costs involved re the delivery of that water..... from bottled through to preserved, to various filters and additives read all you can and make up your own mind. There is certainly a lot of hype out there!
