Sacrifice is something which comes without committment to sacrifice.Its a process.We all are sacrificing our lives for ourselves,our egos,for others,thier egos and what not.

If it was someone I was close to, then yes. If it took my life to save the life of someone I loved then I wouldn't even question it.

I would like to think I would. I think of the brave little Amish girl who volunteered to be killed first if the rest could be spared. I would like to think I could be just as brave and selfless facing a similiar adversity.
