Wow, that stupid singing thing sounds familiar! My hubby does that, too, but deliberately! He sings the Whitney Houston version of I Will Always Love You high pitched, scratchy and off key! When he sings other songs, he adds an uptoned a at the end of words, like the song, Like a Stone, he goes Like a Stone-a! He also likes to say the last word in evey line of songs, like Dierks Bently, " Yes the Lord made me hard to 'HANDLE',
So lovin me might be a long shot 'GAMBLE',
So before you go and turn me 'ON',
Be sure that you can turn me 'LOOSE',
I've still got a lot of leavin left to 'DO'!
Another dorky thing he does is when the line or two has been sung, he'll say, not sing, but say, "Hey, Cara, he's got a lot of leavin left to do, so you better be sure you can turn him loose." And he'll go on and on like this until I threaten him if he doesn't stop! He liks to change it up a bit and a car ride is always entertaining.
Another dorky thing he likes to do is tap his forehead against my shoulder, randomly. I never know when to expect it. We can be sitting on the couch together watching TV, and he'll just lean in my direction and tap his forehead on my shoulder, then not do it again for days, until we go out to a restaraunt, and he'll do it there, too!
He's taller than me, so he'll make fun of how short I am (only 5'4" not that short) and my squity puffy eyes, so he'll crouch below my level and squinting his eyes and say, "What you see now is my view of you!"
Oh yeah, and he's the biggest "White Boy" dancer! He thinks swinging his hips in a circle or side to side is dancing, I wish I could show you our Wedding video!! It's hilarious!
What can I say, I love him for his goofiness and sense of humor, that's why I married him!

LOL...funny u should mention singing off key because if I were to pick the dorkiest thing about my husband it would be the fact that he can't sing on key...not to mention, he has absolutely no sense of rhythm at all. lol!

properly, darling, my dependancy to Yahoo! solutions is one, yet there are others...is it dorky for a mom in her mid-1940s to love Battlestar Galactica? i'm a great bookworm and that i've got continually enjoyed college - i've got been stated as a dork via fact that I formerly i replaced right into a teenager. in actuality, i in my view suspect that i replaced into the 1st actual man or woman ever stated as a dork.

:) He has really fluffy curly thick bristly hair and he likes to grow it out from time to time and sometimes cuts it into mohawks... but not like where it would be all spiky he leaves it long and curly so it flops to one side of his head. LOL. I HATE IT but I say nothing because he always eventually cuts it off and I love him too much to say anything. :)

Mows the lawn in shorts, sneakers and tube socks up to his knees. Definite fashion no-no! He says "you have to cover your legs when using the weed-whacker." I tell him, "Yeah, they'are called PANTS!"

My husband can not dance and if he does, it really looks bad. I have to lead him, even on the slow dances.
