E-swords has the best selection of classical pieces and a contemporary alternative is Swordstore.com, Tosando is a slightly lesser choice. Ebay is questionable!

Depends if you want sharp or decorative swords. With sharp swords the places that sell them are far and inbetween. With decorative you can almost buy them anywhere. Check out karate places, the mall, ebay, shopping channels and thift stores.
