the shot- dep shot , i just feel like i have gained all this weight real quick. and it's a hard bloating feeling, it kinda hurts!! i just don't know what could making me feel like this b/c i didn't get my shot again!

I did the exact same thing after stopping depo provera. After you stop depo, your body will try to act like it is pregnant, because of the hormone levels being so out of wack. It could also be that you are going to have a period. My last shot was due in January of 2006, but I didn't get it. Since than, I have had many pregnancy symptoms, and have taken multiple tests with no positive result. The bloated feeling does eventually go away though.

Because now your hormones are all out of whak, and your body is acting pre-menstrual.
