Can I file charges against my step father for physical abuse that happened to me 30 years ago?

MY parents abused me durning the 60's and 70's.
back then social services did nothing. They would be
in prison now if they did it today. 30 years ago I dout
it. But don't worry. god will take care of it. Jesus said,"
if you hurt one of these little ones,you just as well tie
a milestone around your neck and jump in the ocean"
Unless he repents, he's in trouble.

Nope, it varies from state to state but it is to late. You could file charges agaisnt him and take him to court to attempt to get money for emotional distress but it would most likely be thrown out due to the length of time involved.
