Hmmm. I would start with your birth certificate. You haven't provided a lot of detail but that's the first place to start. Next I would go to your birth parents birth certificates. If you were adopted you may need to do a lot of digging and may not get anywhere. At the very least you could start by trying to learn as much as possible about where you think you may be from.
Of course, the first thing you need is all the information about yourself. That second and third links should provide you with enough information to get on yur way to finding what it is you are looking for.
