The question you really have to start with is what is your budget then it is easier to plan. If your budget is limited consider flowers and you make her dinner. Middle budget maybe a movie and dinner, more ... day or 1/2 day at a spa - tickets to a play and dinner at her favorite restaurant. A weekend cruise. A trip to Europe? There are also a ton of cover bands out there cashing in on the 80's take her to one of these concerts that covers a fave group from her teens. Really it just depends on your budget first then create a memory it is the best gift for any mother.
