my g\f hasn't been keeping up with the cleaning at my pad. i know she works 40-50 hrs a week and i don't BUT, i've given her a verbal warning once already........ should i give her a written warning next or just be done with her. by the way she gets all the "fringe benefits" a girl could want....

Oh you need to get rid of her pronto. You know how it goes, first the pad gets dirty then she stops bathing and so on. Get out while you still don't have crabs.

As a matter of fact,you don't have the right to say anything!. It's probably not your "Pad",in the first place,and your sponging off her!. Get out,so she can bring in a real man,(besides) what kind of "fringe benefits" can your brokeass offer anyone?.
