well, it depends on what it is that you do best. My bf just turned 18 and I got all the lyrics that i have dedicated him, made a cute little book, got parts of a box and did a little box for the book and on the top part cut a rectangle and pasted a picture of both of us.....maybe you could do something like that

What do you expect for your 18th birthday? Why dod you have to give him anything? If you really wnat to give something then give him something practical. Men love that stuff unlike women. Please certianly dont give him any love poems. You cant even wipe your butt with them!
