Go to a thrift store and get a pair of baggy old jeans. Go to Walmart and get a cheap low heat glue gun and BIG bag of smarties. Glue the smarties all over the jeans. (Not the butt area...you will need to sit down!) Get some cardboard and a marker and string. Write on the cardboard "Smartie pants" and glue some smarties on the card, tie it aorund your neck. :) You are Smartie Pants for Hallowe'en
I dont know if you are a guy or girl...so I'll put this one too.
Get 2 big pieces of cardboard or white poster board. Draw on it what an envelope would like to be mailed to someone first class. Do on both pieces. (to be front and back of the envelope) Now you are a "First Class Mail" (male)
Cheesy costumes....yes...but cheap and you likely will be the only one there like that. :)
