I'm a guy with mid- short hair. Wld want to relax it to make it straight and ash-brown. Typical hair salon in Singapore like Reds charges around S$30 for cut. Bleaching and colouring is S$140. Relaxing would be ard S$50. where can i find good and renowned hair salons in Central KL (Times Square area) which are priced cheaper than these prices in singapore, yet as good or even better? any hair-stylists to recommend? the quality shld be the same as singapore rite?

You could try Toni and Guy in Lot 10 on Bukit Bintang - they're very good but I'm not sure about the pricing.

Go to Sg. Wang Plaza. Plenty of cheap yet decent hair salons there. You can get normal Shampoo&Cut for ard RM30, colouring can be as low as RM50, depends on the product you want to use. But it's relatively cheap there.

I recommend that you go to a more trustworthy hair salon. Be it Singapore or KL. You know you will get what you have paid.

it is likely to be only slightly cheaper because KL is a big city and prices are comparable to singapore.
the cheap and good ones are found in holiday plaza in johore bahru.
i have a hairstylist in one of the salons there. just email me if you want her details.
