Not usually, only if you take the time to learn something from each experience, whether positive or negative.. nothing is clear. You're only presented with an issue to which others represent their positions on, then you have to analyze it at that point.. never know the entire story.

No. It relies on memory, not reflexes. Memory is subject to bias, and it gets worse with time. Reflexes are subject to the rules of physics.

Hindsight always ignores the fact that a judgment or a reflex had to be rendered at a time when all the data was not in.
